Question by Ashley H: can an 18 year old female have sex with a 16 year old female with parental consent legally?

I read a statute and it says This law makes it a felony for "a person" 18 or older, to engage in sexual activity with a person 12 or older, but less than 16 years of age. so does that mean 18 and 16 is ok?

yes, i think 16 is the age at which you can decide to have sex too
